Erica Hunt

Biography

Erica Hunt’s most recent work, published in 2013, is a new chapbook, A day and its approximates from Chax Books. She is a poet, essayist, and author of prose works, Local History (Roof) and Arcade (Kelsey Street Press), as well as two chapbooks, Piece Logic (Carolina Wren Press) and Time Flies Right Before the Eyes (Belladonna). Other work appeared in Boundary 2, Conjunctions, Poetics Journal, Tripwire, Recluse, In the American Tree, and in Moving Borders: Three Decades of Innovative Writing by Women, The Politics of Poetic Form, and other various anthologies. Hunt has received awards from the Foundation for Contemporary Art, the Fund for Poetry, and the Djerassi Foundation.
