Welcome to the Archive of the Now! The Archive of the Now is an online and print collection of recordings, printed texts and manuscripts. We focus on innovative poetry being written or performed in Britain. The Archive is a collaborative project between Queen Mary, University of London and Brunel University. Presently, the Archive consists of readings by nearly 100 poets. NEWS, 19/03/08: The Archive is now embarking on a new series of recordings. With the help of Penelope Woods, Giles Brokensha and Mafruha Mohua, as well as Steve Cleary of the Sound Archive at the British Library, we will be recording thirty new poets in the coming months. These recordings will also become part of the permanent collection of the BL. Look for exciting new additions to the Archive over the summer!
