Michael Kindellan
	Michael Kindellan was born in Toronto, Canada, and educated at McGill University in Montreal, then at the University of Cambridge in the UK. He is currently writing a PhD about literalism in American verse at the University of Sussex, as well as contributing editorially to Chicago Review.
